Eligible Returns

Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

  • A clear unboxing video or photographs showing the damaged product and packaging are provided as proof.
  • The product remains unused and in its original packaging.

Returns Not Accepted For

Returns or refunds will not be accepted under the following circumstances:

  • Change of mind or personal preference.
  • Product opened, used, or damaged after delivery.
  • Return request submitted after 48 hours of delivery.
  • Incorrect usage of the product.
  • Minor packaging variations that do not affect product quality.

Refund Process

Once our team verifies the reported damage:

  • Your refund will be approved.
  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
  • Processing usually takes 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
