Eligible Returns
Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:
- The product was physically damaged during transit.
- The issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery.
- A clear unboxing video or photographs showing the damaged product and packaging are provided as proof.
- The product remains unused and in its original packaging.
Returns Not Accepted For
Returns or refunds will not be accepted under the following circumstances:
- Change of mind or personal preference.
- Product opened, used, or damaged after delivery.
- Return request submitted after 48 hours of delivery.
- Incorrect usage of the product.
- Minor packaging variations that do not affect product quality.
Refund Process
Once our team verifies the reported damage:
- Your refund will be approved.
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
- Processing usually takes 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
